Shipping policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will dispatch the items within 1-2 business days (except Custom & Neon orders) from our distribution centre in Brisbane, Queensland. A notification email will be sent to you including a tracking number to track the status of your order as soon as we dispatch.
Free Standard Shipping for all orders within Australia.
We are currently working with Aramex and Australia Post for our deliveries depending on the location. Details for delivery times can be found on the courier companies’ websites. The delivery times also depend on the delivery address, public holidays and circumstances impacting delivery by the courier. We are not responsible for any delays related to the courier, due to the process being out of our control but we are happy to help if you experience any problems during the delivery process. We may also use alternative delivery methods if necessary.
You can also choose the Express Post delivery option at the checkout in order to receive your order quickly within the Express Post Network.

Our Christmas Order Cut-Off Date is the 27th Of November! Please be aware that any Neon or Custom orders received after the 27th cannot be delivered by Christmas.

Shipping is currently only available within Australia and New Zealand.
